This service will establish if you require the use of any of our services. If you have filled a claim we will review it with you to determine if ICBC has correctly identified the type of loss, and damage being claimed. If you have not yet filled the claim, we will assist you prior to filling it, to ensure you understand the claim process. If you are having trouble with ICBC on a claim, we can assess and assist in the resolution of your problems.
MoreREPAIR MONITORING
This service will reinforce the actual damages to your vehicle, and will help you achieve proper repairs. Insurance companies will use their partner shops to control the cost and quality of the repairs to your vehicle. We will monitor the repairs as they’re being done to ensure your best interests and being looked after. This service includes the FINAL INSPECTION REPORT.
MoreFINAL INSPECTION
This service is done once the vehicle repairs are completed and the bodyshop advises the vehicle is ready for delivery back to the customer. No repair monitoring will be done and the vehicle will be inspected for quality of repairs only. A Level of Repair Rating will be determined and included along with a detailed report on the repairs and any concerns requiring attention. This service includes one hour of Collision Repair Consultation.
MoreTOTAL LOSS EVALUATION
This service will provide our customers with an alternative to accepting the insurance companies offer for their vehicle, if their vehicle becomes a Total Loss. If you feel your vehicle is worth more than the insurance company is offering, use this service to establish a True Fair Market Value for your vehicle. We will inspect the vehicle along with the insurance company's evaluation to ensure all relevant information was included and accounted for during their process. We will review their condition ratings and option inclusions to ensue accuracy. We will use any and all available information to ensure a TRUE FAIR MARKET VALUE is established, including local advertisements, dealer quotes and data bases. Our commitment is to get you a fair settlement on your total loss.
MoreDIMINISHED VALUE REPORT
This service will produce a report to advise our customers on the total amount of Diminished Value created to their vehicle as a result of the accident and the repair process. This report can then be submitted to the insurance company to complete the total recovery for loss due to the accident.
MoreLAWYER REFERRAIL(LVI)INSPECTION
This service provides a Lawyer Referral as well as the initial inspection of the damaged vehicle for customers with injuries and little to no visible damage to their vehicles. If one of our Referred Lawyers is retained to represent you, this service is free of charge.

MoreREBUILT VEHICLE INSPECTION
This service will provide a report on the condition and safety of a rebuilt vehicle. The vehicle will be inspected on a hoist to determine the quality and type of repairs performed by the rebuilder. A detailed report will be presented noting any areas of concern, which will affect the safety, and durability of the vehicle.
