Welcome

My name is Dennis Pieschel. I have designed my web site to assist the many people dealing with ICBC and private insurance companies on insurance claims, as well as the many people purchasing pre-owed and rebuilt vehicles. During my 25 years in the collision repair industry, and 13 years as an ICBC estimator, I have gained the experience required to provide the information on this web site. It will assist and enable consumers to understand and gain control of the automotive collision claims process, and give them confidence when purchasing a pre-owned or rebuilt vehicle. I am confident the information provided will be invaluable to you.

Rebuit Vehicle Inspection And Complete Services Package

The inspection is perhaps the most valuable process we offer. This process will assist you in gaining the confidence you need to confirm you have become an INFORMED BUYER and found the best vehicle available for the best price. The inspection report you will receive following the completion of the inspection will not only provide you with confidence, it will also provide you with the best negotiating tool available. The report will provide you with the following information:

  • If requested you will receive a complete list of liens, if any registered against the vehicle.
  • If requested you will receive a complete list of prior damage claims reported to ICBC as well as the dollar amount, and date the damage was paid for.
  • You will receive notification of the vehicle status. This would include the vehicle being rebuilt, altered, previously registered out of province, leased or a taxi.
  • You will receive notification of any poor or unsafe prior repaired collision damage.
  • You will receive a report notifying you of any odometer concerns. Mileage will be compared to year and condition of vehicle. Odometer will be checked for tampering.
  • All visible Vehicle Identification Numbers will be checked and confirmed for accuracy. This will confirm the vehicles VIN numbers have not been altered, and eliminate the possibility of it being a stolen vehicle.
  • You will receive a mechanical report notifying of any obvious concerns. This will include a report on any noticeable oil leaks, radiator leaks, transmission leaks, concerning engine noises, irregular tire ware, areas of abuse or poor maintenance.
  • You will receive a report notifying of any major rust concerns. Major rust on late model vehicles usually indicates the vehicle is imported from out of province, usually the eastern provinces were large amounts of salt is used on the roads. (These are vehicles you want to avoid, as there is no cure for rust on late model vehicles).

Don't decide by looks alone- every used car should be clean and good-looking. However, an Informed Buyer inspection will determine existing problems such as VIN number discrepancies, previous accident damage, odometer discrepancies, needed mechanical repairs and maintenance items, prior shoddy repairs, misuse and abuse etc. Once you purchase, these problems can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars to fix. Without a professional inspection, you could be buying a ticking financial time bomb, or buy a vehicle for more than its true value.

BECOME AN INFORMED BUYER WITH AN INSPECTION BY ONE OF OUR TRAINED PROFESSIONAL INSPECTORS.

YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
